After polluting my inbox (along with who knows how many others, thousands?, millions?), Joe fails to understand why he doesn't get any polite reply to his garbage. Afterward, Joe and his company make it onto my Hall of Shame website which is dedicated to exposing spammers, scammers and others who lack respect for private property and/or those without decent and respectful business ethics. A reply is sent to Joe demanding that he halt all e-mail to this domain in compliance with TN Code 47-18-2501.

emails are live and there is a real person at the other end.  We don't use
fake return email addresses as most others do. We want to know how effective
our announcement has been and are truly interested in replies.

We will be happy to remove you from our list, however since this list is a
broadly purchased list, it may not prevent you from receiving more from
others in the future. I can understand you may be somewhat frustrated, I
myself receive over three hundred advertisements daily, I simple delete them
and have organized my message rules to screen them for me so those that I
have no interest can easily be deleted in one quick key stroke, maybe this
idea will help you in future email situations where your temper interferes
with your known better judgment.

Maybe (hopefully) he has lost some business as a result of his placement in the Hall of Shame, as well he should. So he claims to have stopped spamming. First of all, never believe a spammer. Even so, I'm sure it was because of its failure as a marketing tool and not because he suddenly gained any respect for others. If he disrespects fellow humans in this manner, then I really feel sorry for those puppies. Hmmm. Maybe a call to PETA is in order?

3-28-2004: Joe thinks "commercialism" and the "American way" give him an excuse to vandalize others' property.

MY policies tell people not to abuse MY property. Joe's policy is to tell me what I can and can't post on MY website. Joe also has no clue what a copyright is. This of course is yet another violation, of yet another demand that he halt all e-mails to this domain. But then again, he couldn't even get my name right on this one. Once more he is sent a notice to stop abusing this domain by informing him that anything he has to state in the future can be done in writing via the Postal Service.

3-30-2004: Clueless Joe still doesn't get it.

He obviously hasn't figured out that the more he violates my domain, the more reasons I have for listing him in the Hall of Shame. The "cc:" at the end is obviously intended to make me think he's got some legal help. I'm neither impressed, nor worried. I doubt he did consult any lawyer, because he still can't distinguish a copyright and a trademark. Once more, a demand is sent to stop abusing this domain.

Now he thinks that he can persuade me to remove my site by convincing me that it is somehow helping his business. "Countless" people have sent him letter of encouragement? Zero could be considered "countless". If that was truly the case, why tell me? Now he's trying to play some ridiculous war hero scenario, and even referring to me as a "communist" which couldn't be further from the truth. 12-15-2007: Clueless Joe is back for more, and a lawsuit to boot if he doesn't stop.

Good ole' Joe writes with another plea to remove this site. He obviously doesn't understand the concept of respect because his e-mail is of course another violation of my space. I've asked him repeatedly to stop, and I could theoretically now sue him under state harassment laws since it failed to abide by any of my requests to stop. However, I may now file a BBB complaint to get this whole thing documented by a third party before I prepare a case for court, which is where I'm going if I get any more of this crap from him.

Well, Joe's latest intrusion not only gives me more reason to keep the page, but also more material to post in evidence of his complete lack of character. The only reason Joe even got a special page is because there's something humorous about just how he just doesn't get it.

Oh, and the phone number is UNLISTED. Why? To keep disrepectful pieces of shit like this from calling me. That's all I need it telphone harassment too.

This latest turd has been forward to the Abuse Dept. at Joe's ISP. Hopefully, they'll do the right thing and terminate his access. /p>

Joe apparently doesn't know that reporting of actual facts isn't libellous. Truthful accounts like this are not libel.

I looks like it's about time to start contacting an attorney as it appears he now trying to violate my civil right to free speech.

As far as hurting Joe's "good name" and reputation, Joe did that himself when he chose intrusive marketing techniques like spamming, and the continued harassment. If exposing his poor character is in any way hurting his business, then he's only making it worse by actions like this.
