Access to this domain and resources is on a voluntary basis. All visitors who access this domain's resources are subject to these terms as outlined. Violators will be banned from access, and all criminal and civil remedies will be sought.

The Webmaster of Nutter.net may ban any individual, group or organization from accessing resources on this domain (Nutter.net) or sending e-mail to recipients on this domain at any time for any reason whatsoever. Notice of such a ban will be given via any method the Webmaster finds appropriate given the particular situation. Any access by individuals banned by the Webmaster, or anyone representing an organization banned by the Webmaster is considered to be a theft of services.

The "Nutter.net" trademark and domain name are the property of The Webmaster (Dana Nutter.) Their use is prohibited, unless permission is granted from the Webmaster in writing. This includes the sale, distribution or public display of Nutter.net e-mail addresses.

E-mail

All unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE) and all unsolicited bulk e-mail (UBE), a.k.a. "spam", sent to any recipient on this domain is strictly prohibited. Such use is nothing short of an act of computer vandalism and will be treated as such.

E-mail of an illegal, suspicious, abusive, obscene, harassing, or criminal nature is also prohibited, and so will also be considered and act of computer vandalism.

All e-mail messages sent to this domain must contain valid headers and a valid return ("Reply-to") address rightfully belonging to the sender. This e-mail address must be one which is actively monitored by the sender or authorized agents of the sending organization. Any message failing to meet these criteria will be considered abusive and harassing therefore constituting and act of computer vandalism.

Damages from e-mail vandalism (UBE, UCE, virii, mail floods, subscription bombs, etc.) are to be defined at a value of $1000 per kilobyte block or any part thereof plus any applicable collection fees, legal fees, and court costs. An additional fee of $200 per hour will be charged for any time spent researching abuse incidents or preparing court cases related to abuse incidents.

All suspicious messages will be passed on to the appropriate authorities and/or internet service providers for action.

Unfortunately we live in a world where there are many people with no respect for others or their property. Thus the preceding rules are posted for your reference. Honorable people who treat this domain with the proper respect are free to visit and explore. Others will suffer the wrath.
